The Governing Body is seeking to appoint someone of high calibre who is ambitious, energetic, self- motivated and skilled professional to this key Senior Leadership Team post.
The successful candidate will have experience of successfully managing finance, HR and support functions, ideally within a school or education setting. The successful candidate will be required to provide effective leadership of all support functions including:
- Financial Management
- Business Management
- Human Resources, including Employment Law
- Administration
- Cleaning and Catering Services
- Contract management and tendering
- Premises, compliance and estate management
- Oversight of the home to school student coach transport service
- Online Safety (cyber-security)
- Accessing new income streams, fund raising
- Marketing
The Business Manager is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and needs to possess excellent leadership, management and inter-personal skills. The post offers excellent professional development for the successful candidate.
